Cancelation of your reservation

Dear guest,

to cancel your booking, please enter your e-mail address and booking number on this page to confirm your cancellation.

Please note that your cancellation will be executed on the basis of our general cancellation conditions:

Cancellation Policy for Room Bookings at Hotel Hirschen:
Up to 8 days prior to arrival: Free of charge
7 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the booked stay
Early departure during the stay: 100% of the booked stay
Payment terms and Cancellation policy ONLY for bookings of holiday apartments at Hotel Hirschen:
Up to 30 days prior to arrival: Free of charge
29 – 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked stay
From 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the booked stay
Payment Terms: Please note that we will charge your credit card 50% of the total price four weeks prior to arrival.

Information when booking a ‘non-refundable’ rate:

Hotel Hirschen will charge your credit card immediately upon receipt of your booking. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation, change, or no-show.
