    • 7 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the booked stay
    • Early departure during the stay: 100% of the booked stay
  • Payment terms and Cancellation policy ONLY for bookings of holiday apartments at Hotel Hirschen:
    • Up to 30 days prior to arrival: Free of charge
    • 29 – 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked stay
    • From 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the booked stay

    • Payment Terms: Please note that we will charge your credit card 50% of the total price four weeks prior to arrival.

Information when booking a ‘non-refundable’ rate:

Hotel Hirschen will charge your credit card immediately upon receipt of your booking. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation, change, or no-show.

 

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
